What’s In the Mix (By Volume):
• 60% Loamy Topsoil – Strong base with balanced nutrients and structure
• 30% Screened Compost – Organic matter that boosts moisture retention and soil biology
• 10% Fine Sand – Improves seed-to-soil contact and creates a smooth finish

Screened through: ¼”–½” drum for a clean, easy-to-spread finish

How to Apply It:
For Bare Spot or Patch Repair:
1. Rake out dead grass and loosen the soil
2. Apply GreenStart Seeding Soil about ½” deep
3. Spread high-quality grass seed over the top
4. Gently rake to mix seed into the top layer
5. Water daily until seed is established

For New Lawns:
1. Grade area and spread GreenStart about 2–3” deep
2. Rake level and firm soil slightly
3. Seed or hydroseed
4. Water consistently and avoid foot traffic for the first few weeks
